* Thajiwas Glacier access and optional activities depend on weather and local regulations.
* Gulmarg Gondola tickets are subject to availability and are not included unless specifically mentioned.
* Hotel check-in and check-out timings will follow the respective property's policies.
* Room allocation is subject to availability and the selected hotel category.
* The itinerary may be rearranged without reducing sightseeing due to weather or operational conditions.
* Guests should follow local tourism, environmental and safety guidelines.
* Optional activities and personal expenses are payable separately unless included in the package.
* Corporate activities and entertainment are subject to the final group requirements and package inclusions.

## Cancellation Policy
* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Nature’s Network Tour & Travels.
* Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received.
* Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival may be eligible for a refund after applicable supplier charges.
* Cancellation 15–30 days before arrival may attract charges of up to 50% of the total booking value.
* Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival may attract charges of up to 75% of the total booking value.
* Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or in case of no-show may be non-refundable.
* Hotel, transport, activity and event suppliers may apply separate cancellation charges.
* Advance payments made for non-refundable services will not be refundable.
* Any refund will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation and payment-processing charges.
* Changes to travel dates may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability and supplier terms.
* No refund will be provided for unused services after the tour has commenced.
* Refund timelines depend on the respective payment method and supplier settlement process.
* In case of cancellation due to weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond the company's control, refunds will be subject to supplier policies.
* The final cancellation terms applicable to a booking will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

## Payment Terms
* 50% advance payment is required to confirm the corporate group booking.
* The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival.
* Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require 100% payment at the time of confirmation.
* Hotel, transportation and activity reservations are subject to availability until payment is received.
* Corporate group bookings may follow a customized payment schedule based on the final services and group size.
* Any additional services requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
* Changes in group size, hotel category, travel dates or services may affect the final package cost.
* Payments must be made through the officially approved payment methods of Nature’s Network Tour & Travels.
* Applicable bank, payment gateway or transaction charges may be payable by the client.
* Booking confirmation and payment acknowledgement will be issued after successful payment verification.
* Failure to pay the balance within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation or release of reserved services, subject to supplier terms.
