Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Enjoy a comfortable drive through the scenic landscapes of Srinagar and check in to your hotel. After some time to relax and freshen up, you may explore the nearby surroundings at your own pace. If time permits, enjoy an optional Shikara Ride on Dal Lake and experience the beautiful sunset over the Kashmir Valley. After breakfast, proceed from Srinagar to Pahalgam, the picturesque “Valley of Shepherds,” surrounded by lush meadows, pine forests and breathtaking Himalayan landscapes. En route, enjoy scenic views of the countryside and visit Saffron fields at Pampore (seasonal), followed by Awantipora Ruins and Apple Valley. On arrival in Pahalgam, explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Lidder River. You may also opt for local sightseeing such as Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari at an additional cost, subject to local taxi regulations and weather conditions. Later in the evening, drive back to Srinagar and transfer to your hotel. After breakfast, proceed from Srinagar to Gulmarg, one of Kashmir’s most beautiful hill destinations, renowned for its snow-covered mountains, lush green meadows and breathtaking Himalayan scenery. Enjoy a scenic drive through the countryside and reach Gulmarg, where you can spend the day exploring the magnificent surroundings. Guests may enjoy the Gondola Cable Car Ride to Kongdoori and Apharwat Peak, subject to weather and operational conditions. You can also enjoy activities such as horse riding, nature walks and photography. Later in the evening, drive back to Srinagar and transfer to your hotel. Carry a valid government-issued photo ID for all travellers.

Sightseeing is subject to weather, road conditions and local regulations.
Gulmarg Gondola tickets are subject to availability and operational conditions.
Pahalgam local sightseeing may require a local vehicle as per local transport regulations.
Pony rides, adventure activities and optional excursions are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Flight timings should be considered when planning airport transfers.
During peak season, hotel and transportation availability may be limited.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Any additional expenses arising from weather disruptions, road closures or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the traveller.
Rates may change according to hotel availability, travel dates and seasonal demand.
Travellers are advised to carry suitable clothing and footwear according to the season.
Please follow local tourism guidelines and instructions from your driver or tour representative.
Any services not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions will be charged separately.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp and will be processed according to the date and time received.
Cancellation charges depend on the number of days remaining before the scheduled date of travel.
30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost may be charged as an administrative cancellation fee.
15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost may be charged.
7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost may be charged.
Within 7 days of departure: 75% of the total package cost may be charged.
Within 48 hours of departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the package cost may be charged.
Hotel, flight, houseboat, transport and activity cancellation charges imposed by third-party suppliers will be applicable in addition to the above, wherever applicable.
Once a booking has been confirmed, any non-refundable amount paid to hotels, airlines, transporters or other suppliers will not be refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation and supplier charges.
Refund processing may take approximately 7–15 working days, depending on the payment method and supplier settlement.
Changes to travel dates may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and may attract additional charges.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrival, early departure or voluntarily unused portions of the package.
In case of cancellation due to weather, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond NNTT's control, refund will be subject to the actual amount recovered from the concerned suppliers.
Flight cancellations, delays, rescheduling and airline-specific refunds will be governed by the respective airline's terms and conditions.
Any special promotional, discounted or advance-purchase package may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Nature’s Network Tour & Travels reserves the right to apply supplier-specific cancellation conditions where they differ from the standard policy.
Customers are advised to review the cancellation terms provided with their booking confirmation before making payment.

A booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
30% advance payment is generally required at the time of booking.
The remaining 70% balance should be paid before or at the time of arrival, as specified in the booking confirmation.
For peak-season, holiday, honeymoon, group, luxury or special bookings, a higher advance payment may be required.
Flight tickets, train tickets, Gondola tickets and other non-refundable services may require 100% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
All payments must be made through the payment method officially communicated by Nature’s Network Tour & Travels.
Customers should retain the payment receipt or transaction reference for their records.
Booking confirmation will be issued after successful verification of the payment.
Any additional services requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
Additional expenses incurred during the trip must be settled before departure or as advised by the company.
Prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed with the required payment.
Failure to make the balance payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
Any bank, payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable, may be payable by the customer.
The applicable payment schedule and cancellation conditions will be mentioned in the final booking confirmation/invoice.
