These terms explain the basis on which Nature's Network Tour and Travels provides its tours, hotel bookings, transport and activities. By enquiring or booking with us, you agree to the points below. We keep them fair, clear and honest.
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Your trip is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing and received the agreed advance payment.
Please review your itinerary carefully and tell us promptly of any corrections needed.
An advance is required to secure your dates, with the balance payable before or on the date stated in your confirmation. Prices are quoted per your chosen itinerary and may change if your requirements change.
Cancellation charges depend on how far ahead of travel you cancel and on supplier policies for hotels, houseboats and transport. We will always share the applicable terms clearly at the time of booking and process any eligible refund as quickly as we can.
Occasionally, weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control may require changes to your itinerary. When this happens we will offer the best possible alternative to protect your experience and safety.
Please carry valid identification and any required permits, arrive on time for scheduled services, and follow the guidance of your guides and drivers. Kashmir and the Himalayas involve mountain travel — a reasonable level of readiness and respect for local customs and nature is expected.
We take great care in selecting our partners, but we act as an organiser between you and independent suppliers. We are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance.
We may occasionally capture photos during trips for our portfolio. If you would prefer not to be featured, just let us know and we will happily respect your wish.
