Cancellation must be requested in writing by the guest or booking representative.
Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received.
Advance or token payments may be non-refundable where hotel, transport, or other supplier charges have already been committed.
Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: applicable supplier charges, if any, will be deducted and the remaining eligible amount refunded.
Cancellation 15–29 days before arrival: up to 50% of the total booking amount may be charged.
Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival: up to 75% of the total booking amount may be charged.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or no-show: 100% of the booking amount may be charged.
No refund will be provided for unused services after the tour has commenced.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable hotel, transportation, payment gateway, and other supplier charges.
Peak-season, special-event, non-refundable hotel, and promotional bookings may have different cancellation terms.
Any refund will be subject to the cancellation terms confirmed at the time of booking.

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of arrival, as specified in the booking confirmation.
For peak-season, special-event, or non-refundable bookings, a higher advance payment may be required.
All payments must be made through the payment methods shared by Nature’s Network Tour and Travels.
Hotel, transport, or activity reservations are subject to availability until the required payment is received.
Any additional services requested after booking will be charged separately.
Additional expenses arising from itinerary changes requested by the guest will be payable by the guest.
