Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the official booking channel.
Cancellation charges are calculated from the date the written cancellation request is received.

Cancellation made 15–29 days before arrival may attract charges of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation made 7–14 days before arrival may attract charges of up to 75% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival or in case of no-show may be non-refundable.

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
The advance payment amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled arrival date as specified in the booking confirmation.
Peak-season and festive-season bookings may require a higher advance payment.
Flight, train, permit, activity and other non-refundable services may require full payment at confirmation.

A booking confirmation and payment receipt will be issued after successful payment verification.
Any additional services or itinerary changes requested after confirmation will be charged separately.

Failure to pay the balance within the agreed deadline may result in cancellation or release of the booking.
