Day 1: Arrival at Jammu – Transfer to Katra
Upon arrival at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Katra. The evening is free for rest or shopping at the local market. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2: Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan
Begin your spiritual journey early in the morning with a trek, pony ride, or battery car to the sacred Bhawan for Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan. After completing the pilgrimage, return to Katra and rest for the night.

Day 3: Katra to Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed towards Srinagar on a scenic drive that passes through Udhampur, the Banihal Tunnel, and Qazigund. Upon arrival, enjoy a one-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake if time permits. Check in to your hotel or houseboat and stay overnight in Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
Spend the day exploring Srinagar’s iconic attractions, including the Mughal Gardens—Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Visit the revered Shankaracharya Temple and the beautiful Hazratbal Shrine. Later, explore the local markets known for dry fruits, saffron, and Kashmiri shawls. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar to Gulmarg Day Trip
After breakfast, head out for a day trip to Gulmarg, a stunning meadow known for its snow activities during winter. You may also opt for the famous Gulmarg Gondola, Asia’s highest cable car. Depending on the season, you can visit Strawberry Valley for spectacular views. Return to Srinagar in the evening and stay overnight.

Day 6: Srinagar to Pahalgam
Travel to Pahalgam, stopping en route at Apple Valley, saffron fields, and the ancient Avantipura Ruins. Upon reaching Pahalgam, enjoy a relaxing walk along the Lidder River. You may also choose to visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, or Chandanwari. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 7: Pahalgam to Sonamarg Day Trip – Return to Srinagar
After breakfast, take a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Experience the stunning alpine meadows and, if desired, hire a local union cab for a ride towards Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar by evening for your overnight stay.

Day 8: Srinagar to Jammu Drop
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Jammu Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Your trip concludes with unforgettable memories of a spiritual and scenic escape.
